I discovered the remarkable beauty of Greyhounds way back in 2005. Their journey I learned sadly is not one most people will see. But over the years I have met many rescued hounds, their rescuers and the charities the move hell and high water to try and help these beautiful creatures. The picture is sad and I know people, “who Know” will understand the battles and tragedies that surrounds hounds. But this painting is also about hope and never giving up.
